We have a no refund policy on any service purchased from Exquisite. Our professionals take the time to provide you with the best experience possible .

Do you have a cancellation policy?

Yes, We have a strict 24 hour cancellation policy. Our employes take the time to schedule their day around their clients appointments. There will Be a $25 charge for any appointments not cancelled before 24 hours as well as a $25 charge for  being 15min or later for your appointment which would need to be rescheduled. We believe our clients deserve the same courtesy. If your technician is more than 15min late or needs to cancel an appointment before the 24 hours, you will be rewarded $25 towards your service. **We understand there may be unforeseen circumstances which will be taken into consideration.

What are your Hours?

We are open Tuesday-Saturday 9:00am-6:00pm. Our last appointment will be taken at 5pm
